symptom tracking chart
One of the main reasons why I began cycle-syncing is to try and get rid of my anxiety and depression. After much trial and error, and after reading Woman Code of course, I learned that my symptoms were due to hormone imbalance. I have begun to track my symptoms throughout each week using this chart and have been amazed to find that my anxiety and depression have diminished as a result of my holistic efforts. You can track anything with this simple chart. I suggest using multicolored highlighters or pens to keep track of different symptoms. For example, my anxiety was tracked with a red marker and the depression, a blue one. Every couple weeks, look back at your chart to see if your symptoms are subsiding!
