Epsom Salt has so many health benefits to us, balancing hormones as well as drawing our toxins. I try and take a salt bath at least once a week, if not more often.
I keep a pretty glass container in the bathroom for my salt and like to add Essential Oils to it that benefit my skin and help me to relax. Frankincense is wonderful for our skin, as is Carrot, Lavender, and Geranium, among many others. But create whatever blend you'd like! Just be careful using any hot oils so your skin doesn't burn and itch when you get into the bath.
